Frequently asked questions

Is the trial really free and account-free?

Yes. Two headshots a day, no email, no card, no sign-up. The result carries a watermark: that is the only difference with a headshot generated from an account.

What happens to the photo I upload?

It is passed to the model and then forgotten: it is never written to our storage. Only the generated headshot is kept, long enough for you to claim it if you create an account.

Is my face altered?

No. Features, age, moles, glasses and beard are carried over as they are. Only the outfit, the backdrop and the lighting are recreated. We do not make you younger and we do not slim you down.

Why are some outfits locked?

Every headshot has a real compute cost. The no-account trial covers one business outfit (white shirt or white blouse) and the four studio backdrops. The other business outfits unlock with the free account; the suit, the designer blazers, the office backdrops and hair restyling come with the €19 pack.

Which starting photo works best?

A sharp, front-facing photo with the face well lit and unobstructed. Avoid backlighting, blur, sunglasses and profile shots.

Can I download the trial result?

The trial headshot is displayed with a watermark and is not downloadable. With a free account your three headshots come without a watermark and can be downloaded; the pack unlocks full resolution.
